By accessing and using TestClose, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

TestClose provides Android closed testing services to help developers meet Google Play Store requirements. We provide a network of human testers for the required 14-day testing period.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing a functional APK/AAB and ensuring your app complies with Google Play's developer policies. TestClose is not responsible for app rejections due to content or technical violations unrelated to testing metrics.

4. Payment Terms

Payments for our services are due in advance. We offer different pricing tiers as outlined on our homepage.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TestClose be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
